(More customer reviews)I discovered this great product about 2 months ago and since then have consumed five jars of it. I love it. Hardly a day goes by when I don't have some. No it isn't peanut butter but it has a near nutty taste and mixed with some of the Walden fruit spreads (raspberry seems to work best) makes a great peanut butter/jelly taste to use on crackers, bread, etc. The consistency is pretty firm although not as thick as regular peanut butter it's perfectly acceptable (to me). The color is fine a bit darker than regular peanut butter (not that you can taste color - but it does influence people's opinion). I rarely take the time to write product reviews and was shocked when I came here to look for another Walden product to find that so many people had left negative reviews of this product and felt compelled to leave a more positive opinion. I think if you like Diet Coke and understand that it's not regular Coke than you will understand this product isn't Peanut Butter but just as Diet Coke is a good substitute for Coke and saves you about 200 calories a serving that this "Peanut Spread" is a good alternative to regular peanut butter and will save you about 200 calories a serving (2 Tablespoons).

(More customer reviews)I liked Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves. They are very good and for once the prduct tastes as advertized. A nice inclusion of some whole raspberries and a wonderful preserve to have on toast, or what it does, makes me feel like making a nice trifle. To me it would be better without the pitts, but then it would not be a preserve and would lose its great flavor in the process. Great for everyday, or a real treat in a dessert, good on the top of some vanilla ice cream.Lila Hamilton

She didn't end up liking the flavor, but I thought they were just fine, and all of her friends enjoyed them as well. I purchased them via Amazon Gold Box special deal for approx 11 dollars. But even at that price, they are way overpriced. My mother recently found the exact same drinks in a 24 pack case for less than seven dollars at a local discount store. Granted, it wasn't a store that regularly stocks the same items, but if they can be found for that cheap, I have a hard time purchasing them from here again, even at the discounted price of 11 dollars. But for those that don't mind spending the money, the drinks were kid approved most of the time.

(More customer reviews)While trying to diet, I never used to eat PB because even if I wanted to give up a bunch of calories, measuring and scooping out two Tbsp of "natural" PB was too messy (think Adam's... ugh).However, with Justin's PB packets being a set serving amount for 190 calories, I can squeeze it out easily (after kneading the packet to mix up the oil that naturally separates).I put it on Lundberg Rice Cakes, rub the rice cakes face-to-face to spread the PB around, and voila- not even a knife that needs to be washed. I like the taste and texture of this PB, and the convenience is great- Probably less waste than if I was scooping it out of a jar.Since I only eat these 2-3 times/week, the cost is very reasonable.Yay Justin's.

I think the reason some people say they love Walden Farms is because in the USA all of the mainstream products are loaded with artificial sweeteners and color dyes and artificial flavors, so maybe everyone is just USED to eating junk. The constistancy of this is similar to firm Jell-O, imagine trying to spread that on toast. And the taste is just like all the other Walden Farms stuff: fake and chemically.
