It would be super if they showed the percent of adulterants added to the black currants.

Maybe Amazon could even insist on a Nutrition label be shown.

A nice inclusion of some whole raspberries and a wonderful preserve to have on toast, or what it does, makes me feel like making a nice trifle. To me it would be better without the pitts, but then it would not be a preserve and would lose its great flavor in the process. Great for everyday, or a real treat in a dessert, good on the top of some vanilla ice cream.Lila Hamilton

(More customer reviews)I love rhubarb but hate paying Southern grocery story prices for it (when fresh rhubarb costs more per pound than asparagus, there's something seriously wrong with my world), so I was eager to purchase rhubarb jams and pie fillings.

This jam was good and it didn't take me a week to use it up, but it wasn't as tart as I prefer (tasted pretty much like apple butter, to me, and I feel that you really should be able to tell the difference between apple and rhubarb preserves by taste, not just by texture).

However, if you want some rhubarb in your diet and don't necessarily crave tartness, this might be a good choice.

St. Dalfour jams can be found in a few stores in my area (northern suburbs of Chicago) but flavor availability varies. I found the Pomegranate and Raspberry at Marshall's several months ago, and it quickly became my favorite. Haven't been able to find any recently, so I was happy to find this on Amazon. The small jars are very handy.

(More customer reviews)I have purchased the St. Dalfour brand of preserves almost exclusively for the last ten years? Why? Because once you taste them it is very hard to enjoy anything else. They are made with very fresh, ripe, flavorful fruit, no corn syrup, usually no sweetening whatsoever other than fruit juice. Very basic recipe. Great taste, attractive glass jars. These small items would make great gifts or additions to a fruit basket or breakfast tray of hot rolls. The only brand I find is equal is Frog Hollow Farm - an enterprise in Northern California.

(More customer reviews)I was eating Polaner All Fruit for years until they recently added maltodextrin to it (check the new labels.) I gave this a try as a true sugar-free, all fruit alternative that is also organic, which I purchased from my local health food store.

The texture is thick and nice unlike some jellies which are watery. The flavor is good. There are many small seeds in this from the berries which I know some people may not like so I wanted to mention it.

If you are looking for a healthy alternative to sugar-laden jellies or those with synthetic sugar substitutes, I recommend this product.

Keiller Dundee 3-Fruit Marmalade 16 oz - 2 Unit Pack Review

(More customer reviews)This Marmalade is without a doubt the best tastingmarmalade I have ever had. Better than all the other brands that I have tried. Allthough the Dundee Orange Marmalade is outstanding, I think the Dundee 3-Fruit Marmalade has a slight edge over it.It has a complicated citrus flavor. You can actually taste the 3 fruit's, since there are lots of pieces of rind from each in there. What an outstanding blend of flavors. This Marmalade is extremely thick, almost as though it was concentrated. It has a somewhat strong bitter sweet flavor. A little dab will go a long way.

This is not for everyone, if you like the sweet non bitter marmalade you might not like it. My wife does not care for it, and I think it's fantastic. Go figure.

This brand should not be to hard to find locally, My local Publix Supermarket carries it for $7 a jar.

UPDATE ::: July 2010; Unfortunately my local market does not carry the 3-fruit any longer only the orange. To my surprise the jar is now clear glass when I bought one the other day. What a shame I loved those white jars.
