I think the reason some people say they love Walden Farms is because in the USA all of the mainstream products are loaded with artificial sweeteners and color dyes and artificial flavors, so maybe everyone is just USED to eating junk. The constistancy of this is similar to firm Jell-O, imagine trying to spread that on toast. And the taste is just like all the other Walden Farms stuff: fake and chemically.
