According to the label, the ingredients list (in the order of highest content first) includes: peanuts, yogurt chips, dried papaya, dried pineapple, dried cranberries, sunflowers seeds and almonds. I found no pineapple, and precious few cranberries. The peanuts, sunflower seeds and almonds were in expected quantities. The yogurt chips and fruit were all very sugary.

Good Stuff, glad to get a much better deal on it here on Amazon, and the BERRY blend is even better.(The Berry blend is my fav.)

(More customer reviews)I had thought this would be full of dried fruits and nuts ( in other words, healthful) but it's really just sugar laddened bits of hard fruits and only flavorless peanut pieces.I have given the local food bank all but the one package I opened which made me feel so unwell that it's now in the rubbish.I am truly very disappointed in this product.It's description belies it's reality.If sugar is contraindicated in your diet....steer clear of this product!!It's low in salt and low in fat but so over sugared as to be actually nauseating.It's too bad because it sounded delicious and so nutritious.All I can say is YUK!!!I suggest you leave this product alone unless you think high sugar is good for you.

(More customer reviews)I actually spent a significant amount of time looking for an awesome trail mix blend and found this to be the most attractive one I could find, having most of my favorite nuts and dried berries. upon receipt, however, the cherries were inexplicably replaced by golden raisins and the regular raisins are almost non-existent. I also happened to get a few blueberries thrown into the mix.

on the ratio side of things, i'd say there's definitely a slightly larger proportion of fruits than there are nuts.

while the trail mix as a whole is still good, it's just not exactly as advertised. and given that the faults i've found all err on the side of a cheaper blend, i'm not sure it was worth the price I paid, especially after $10 in shipping.

I am in my car a lot for work and find that I don't eat properly.One of my NY Resolutions was to at least find healthier ways of eating poorly :) .The best thing about this mix is NO RAISINS. I am one of those people that dislike raisins and it has always been an issue with trail mix. The mix is a perfect balance of nuts, granola, and dried fruit. The dried fruit doesn't have that overly sweet taste and the granola chunks are nice.
These will be something that I will throw in the saddlebags on long motorcycle trips as well.

That way we can travel further without having to stop along the way. Sometimes we grab a bar in the morning when we are in a hurry. They make a good breakfast.

Fruit & Nut Bars contain almonds, raisins, peanuts, and cranberries.

In 1975, Nature Valley created the granola bar category. Since then Nature Valley has continued to set the standard for granola bars.
