Whether I'm paying 0.99/lb for fresh bananas, 1.99/lb for fresh cherries, or even 6.99/lb for roasted cashews at my grocery store, it's always a huge relief to know that I can go online and get some dried fruit and nuts for $32.50/lb. Love the internet!!!

(More customer reviews)I would say that these are just as good, if not better, than Teddy Grahams. Even better, they are trans-fat free (Teddy Grahams are not). I'd highly recommend these delicious snack cookies!!

FYI: my local Target carries them for 1.99 a box (on sale) or ~2.39 regular priced...that's cheaper than what Amazon has here (currently 19 something dollars for 6 boxes). Check your local stores to see what their prices are first!

(More customer reviews)I just had this for the first time. I can not believe how good this combination of fruit, seeds, nuts are. It is higher in calories but the fat is good fats. Eaten in moderation a serving of 3 TBS is fine. It has 8 gm of Protein per serving so it has staying power if you have it as an afternoon pick me up instead of candy or chips.

Has Omega 3,6,9 which are very heart healthy and it is low sodium. I am very glad I gave this a try and I will get it again.

I am glad that I only bought the small size since I ended up throwing this purchase in the trash.
