One caution: because these are unsulfured, they won't look uniformly orange and pretty.They're brown with blotches of orange, and that's how they're supposed to look

I got this 5-pound box for college and found it to be a superb way to save money (great value) and to make friends, since each packet is large enough to share with others and everyone loves these snacks, anytime of day.
As expected, each packet was really fresh, unlike buying it at a convience store, where they've probably been sitting around forever. I am so glad Amazon offers products in bulk like this!

(More customer reviews)Let me start by saying I disagree with all the fuss over the danger.Children that are too young to know the difference should not be playing with small Legos in the first place.They would be a hazard with or without this candy.Conversely with this candy they would still not be a hazard to children of the appropriate age.Especially if they had experience with enough Legos to know the difference.

That being said the quality is horrible.The bricks do not have holes on the bottom to allow for any connections.You open a package hoping to play with them only to be stopped dead in your tracks by their inability to link together.Without the appeal of being functionally Lego shaped all that you are left with is a gummi-type candy with an intense but bad flavor, with little flavor differentiation between the pieces.

I found the Fruitabu Fruit Flats on Amazon.Though they weren't the cool unroll-kind, they've got the same good stuff in them:Organic Apple Puree Concentrate, Organic Strawberry Puree Concentrate, Natural Elderberry Juice Concentrate for Color, Organic Strawberry Flavor, Organic Lemon Juice Concentrate.

My kids love them, and I LOVE that I've found a -fruit- snack that is actually made of FRUIT.

(More customer reviews)These should not be mistaken as healthy treats.Children like them because they are sugary, sweet, and chewy.These may be marginally better than others of the same ilk because the first ingredient is concentrate from pears and or apples, but the second ingredient is corn syrup, and the third is sugar.Modified corn starch is next.The next 12 or so are tongue twisters.

I buy them because eight little children love them.As their grandmother, I consider it my responsibility to fill them up with candy that they love.It's hard work, but someone's got to do it.
