(More customer reviews)These are the best berries I've ever tasted!I thought for sure they were sweetened, but they're not.The berries they used must have been perfectly ripe and the flavor just blasts your mouth when you try them.Additionally, the slices are whole, with very little breakage in the can.The value you get is pretty great, considering that 8oz of berries is approximately equivalent to 5# of fresh strawberries.At $3/lb (+ shipping) that's really not bad, and you can have these year-round, even when strawberries aren't in season.

Honeyville's Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the product using a very low temperature and a vacuum. Only about 3 percent moisture remains in the product at the time of packaging. The end product weight is reduced by over 90 percent, while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh product taste, natural color, and texture of fresh product in it's freeze dried state. When re-hydrated with water the product will maintain the texture and shape of fresh product, with no shrinking or shriveling. Freeze Dried and Dehydrated products are less expensive than wet pack food because you are not paying for all the water. The taste is great, and the nutritional food value is excellent. Freeze drying provides natural and additive free fruits and vegetables to be stored effectively for long periods of time. (More customer reviews)The .3 oz. pouch of strawberries measures 1/4 cup, poured loosely, not packed. Don't expect the strawberries to look like the picture...I have not found any slices of whole berries. They are pieces and slivers. The taste is very strong, a little goes a long way. I like the strawberries on my cereal and 1 pouch can be used for 4-5 bowls. A tiny bit will flavor a bite of cereal so the whole bowl can taste strawberry-ish.
The mixed fruit packs contain strawberries. The blueberries are tiny and tasteless. The few raspberries I found were strong flavored and disolved quickly in the mouth. Mostly I got mangos and apples in the mixed fruit. I haven't tried the tropical fruit yet.

Edit: I have now tried the tropical fruit. It is .33 oz and composed of mangoes, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, and oranges. I didn't see or taste anything that looked like oranges. The bananas were very strong flavored, like very ripe bananas. I didn't like them. The mangoes were strong flavored also but not obnoxiously so.
The mixed fruit is .33 oz and composed of mangoes, peaches, apples, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

The packages are meant to be single servings and are not resealable.

And of course water is very refreshing, but I was expecting a little more than just the occasional linger of flavor which in all honesty didn't taste much like blackberry.

(More customer reviews)I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up this drink but I was pleasantly surprised.It's a nice still water with a natural pear flavor.The latter was key because I was worried it might taste artificial or off, but instead it tasted crisp and true to life.It's worth noting that the flavor is subtle.It actually didn't hit me when I first took a sip but lingered in my mouth after I'd finished the beverage.It is definitely much more subtle than a juice or flavored seltzer water, but is enough to add interest and variety for those who don't drink enough water when it's plain.I also love that there are no calories, caffeine or other artificial ingredients making it the perfect guilt-free drink.

Overall, it's delicious.If you're expecting a strong, juice-like flavor you'll probably be disapointed, but if you're looking for a light, clean flavor that is more interesting than water this is a great choice.

(More customer reviews)This product should be labeled naturally sweetened instead of unsweetened.They are sweetened with cane juice.They do not have sulphured preservative.

Since Mangos are sweet already, why do they even bother.The following is my theory.I think this importer gets the mangos un-ripened since they are shipped so far.They then load them up with sugar to disguise this.The result is dried mango which is nearly white in color and has very little mango taste to it.It basically tastes like you're eating a chewy piece of crystalized sugar.

Not what I was looking for.Oh, and Amazon does not allow returns on this product.Another let down.

Country of origin for the mangos was Thailand if anyone cares.
