(More customer reviews)These have a great gummy texture that is soft and easy to chew but doesn't get pasty in your mouth or stick like glue to your teeth like some gummies. The flavor is sort of like a floral grapefruit (think grapefruit candy scented with earl grey tea).

Be aware, the candy is very fragrant and even though each piece is individually sealed, once you open the outer bag, the room will you store them in will fill with a sweet candy smell.

(More customer reviews)These gummies are the most delicious I have tasted. Compared to their American counterparts, these are practically the real fruit. Their flavor is fresh and bright, and they taste just like the real thing, but with that fun gummy texture.

The grape ones are tasty, as are all the flavors, but I personally prefer the perfumed quality of the Muscat gummy. It almost has a floral, wine-like flavor. The Muscat gummy has a stronger taste than some of the others, and it is a little unusual, but I really enjoyed it and think it's worth a try.

Kiwi is one of my favorites because, unlike many other candies, this flavor is subtle and not obnoxiously sweet. The seeds add a fun little crunch, and the hint of tanginess makes it taste more like the real fruit...though it could be tangier. They go fast because they are so good--I definitely recommend them!

I got this 5-pound box for college and found it to be a superb way to save money (great value) and to make friends, since each packet is large enough to share with others and everyone loves these snacks, anytime of day.
As expected, each packet was really fresh, unlike buying it at a convience store, where they've probably been sitting around forever. I am so glad Amazon offers products in bulk like this!

(More customer reviews)I ordered this in Dec.-the candy was fresh and the item shipped quickly.BUT - the candy is not packaged as shown - it was put in a plastic bag and stuffed into a USPS flat-rate envelope - not a box.The gems were a bit flattened though not damaged although some of the pieces 'popped' their wrapper because of the way they were shipped.I left favorable feedback mentioning the above with the seller - rec'd no reply.So I paid $11 for shipping, which is way too high (should have been no more than $5.95 and in a post office box) and the seller should have sent a courtesy reply as I did not ask for anything.SO, liked the candy, not too impressed with the seller.

I paid $14.50 for the candies which is a pretty good value for the amount you get.However, I was charged a Shipping and Handling rate of $8.50 which made this a rather expensive purchase.I do understand that postage has gone up all over the country and that candy weighs more than some items, however the site lists a Standard S&H rate of $6.00 within the U.S. so that my grand total was a bit steep.Not sure I can afford to be a regular customer even if the variety of merchandise is good!I will enjoy the precious Fruit Gems!

Pros:
*They are individually wrapped, so they stay fresh for longer.
*The bag is resealable also, so they don't spill all over the place when the cats start knocking it over (which they will).
*2lbs is a ton of these, so you'll certainly satisfy your sweet tooth.

Cons:
*2lbs is a ton of these.Eat them all and you WILL be sick.
*All the little wrappers generate a lot of trash.

Summary:
Besides the fact that they are tasty, they remind me of someone very special, and whenever I start to miss her, they make me happy.They get a star for that alone. :)
