(More customer reviews)I love cranberry/orange/nut muffins & cakes.It's a flavor I can't get enough of. A few years ago, I purchased orange flavored Craisins at the grocery store & absolutely loved the flavor. I'd buy a pack every other month or so & then they began to get harder to find. I even called Ocean Spray to find out if they were still making this flavor & the customer rep said she didn't know of any changes. I can always find Craisins and cherry flavored Craisins on the store shelf...but I don't particularly like either one of those.

I like to addwalnuts & orange flavored Craisins to my oatmeal.I use them in toss salads & broccoli salad, too.I have never baked anything with them, I love the flavor so much that just having a taste of the orange flavored Craisins satisfies me & I don't need to eat them in baked products.Great for me, cause it saves me all those unnecessary fat & calories in baked goods.

1/4 cup Craisins
1/4 cup orange juice
? teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons walnut pieces (or nut of choice)
1 medium to large apple sliced in bite sized pieces (core the apple and leave on the peel)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix these ingredients together and refrigerate for a day or so until the flavors blend.If you don't care for brownish looking apples you can toss them with a teaspoon of lemon juice before adding to the mixture.You can put this mixture in the microwave for two or three minutes and it warms and softens it.

The Amazon reviews of this cherry are what tempted me to order.Along with the health benefits that the packaging mentions, these are really great cherries.They are large and moist but not wet.They look appealing to the eye.They are like no other dried cherry I've had.They are a little bit tart but still sweet. Very satisfying as a snack.

I've never bought other cherry products because it isn't my family's preference but these were a big hit with everyone who tried them.Even those who didn't like cherries enjoyed these.

I find them to be a nice change from the large raisins I normally buy.They make a great mix-in to hot oatmeal, trail mix, granola, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and scones.I set them out with nuts, fruit, and cheese for an appetizer before a family dinner.Everyone who has tried them has been pleasantly surprised.

I'll be ordering more.

My biggest problem is keeping them on my shelf. I'm using them in place of raisins in almost everything I make - oatmeal, cookies, rice pudding, breads, trail mix. The list goes on. And the Amazon price is the best I've found too.

I'm use to getting the dried cranberries from club stores and not being all that impressed with the quality of the fruit or the taste. This product has a great taste, good texture and holds up well in cooking.We used for scones and the taste was great held its flavor.

Already used a few bags considering you can top cereal with them to add some flavor.Great product and taste, even the kids liked it!

They are sweetened just enough, don't stick together in a lump, are just slightly juicy, have no preservatives AND taste great refrigerated! For those who are wondering, 4# just fits in a 1-gallon zip lock bag. On the box, it says a serving size is 1/3 cup and there are 45 servings. I will buy these again!
