It is way yummy on ham sandwiches.If you live near a deli with Boar's Head meats, we really enjoyed the sun-dried tomato/pesto ham.With asiago cheese.
It may not be completely necessary to refrigerate this item.We noticed that it got a little solid when we left it in the fridge for a couple of days.
This by no means detracted from the flavor.
