(More customer reviews)Ordered four boxes of different chocolates for Valentines Day for various family members. In three of the orders the chocolates were smashed and cracked even though the outer shipping box was undamaged.The chocolate covered cherries were gooey with cherries clinging to the lid when opened. About 2/3 of the chocolates were damaged.The box of assorted chocolates creams were cracked and dried out.No response at all to my email or review on their site.In fact, their review system mimics companies like Amazon, yet is apparently a "set up".No other reviews ever show up if you hit the reviews button and my review about my problem never showed.No middle ground or bad review anywhere on site.
