A, thiamine, niacin, iron, riboflavin and zinc, with only 130 calories.My kids liked it so well they told me I could just fill their stockings with this!It is much cheaper to buy it here (96 0.6 oz. boxes for ~$26.00) than to buy it in stores (1 1.5 oz. box is about $1.29-1.49).The blueberry is MUCH tastier than the orange or strawberry.
