Excellent curry flavor with a bit of heat but WAY too salty!
I can take a spoonful and make a flavorful 2 cups of rice but the chunks are inedible because of the salt content and some woody pieces of mango.

The best use I have found is to mash this product, remove woody portions of product that can't be easily cut or chewwed, and use this paste while cooking dishes.

(More customer reviews)Yes, it's apple juice concentrate and filtered water, but is that bad? I agree it's a bit misleading to say 100% juice because it tends to make you think it's all real juice...but it is real juice. Real juice is mostly water. This is juice concentrated (water removed) and then clean water added back. It is far better than the garbage on the market that has high fructose corn syrup and other stuff.

The problem is how Amazon packages this stuff. They shrinkwrap the boxes so tight that at least 1/4 to 1/3 of the pouches explode and you get a sticky mess!

It has the natural taste of raspberries with a great balance of sweetness and tartness. It also has a the right texture, not runny or too solidified. Many of our local grocers and supermarkets once carried Schwartau raspberry preserves but the product has been difficult to find lately. I've tried many competing brands and found most of them far too sweet, particularly the top selling American brands. Some of the European brands are better than the American ones but are still not of Schwartau quality.Schwartau raspberry preserves are simply the best.

The Vitamin Shoppe sent only 25% of the order (i.e., 1 bag for every 4-pack i ordered).When contacted, they claimed they "don't sell 4-packs", and that this "must be a typo on Amazon.com". Hard to know about that. They refused to send the extra 75% (or 3 bags per 4-pack that i was shorted), although eventually they did agree to refund the purchase price and allow me to keep what was sent.
