Niederegger Marzipan Fruits, 4.4-Ounce (Pack of 2) Review

Taste is not bad (not great either), but definitely not worth the price tag it asked for (twenty dollars for two packs, 4+ oz each pack). At this price, you will be much better served by Godiva.

I usually buy chocolate covered marzipan in the U.S., but these marzipan fruits are truly authentic European. The taste & texture are perfect, without being too sweet.I also was relieved not to be overwhelmed by food coloring, a problem I've had when buying marzipan fruit online in the past.I highly recommend these to anyone who loves marzipan.

I enjoy marzipan, but am used to the little fruit shaped pieces. The addition of chocolate makes marzipan delectable, but when you introduce rum flavor, you have a heavenly confection.

Santander Dark Chocolate 70% Bar with Passion Fruit Review

Santander Dark Chocolate 70% Bar with Passion Fruit

I Love Dark Chocolate... So I have a friend that sends me different ones to try. I'm not a big passion fruit fan, however added with dark chocolate and you have my favorite bar. I had my first Santanders' bar a year and a half ago. It was love at first bit. The chocolate expresso is also very good. So I would say if you like rich dark chocolate, try it with crunchy bits of passion fruit because it takes chococale to a whole new level.

From the heart of the Andes, where Colombia's renowned coffee grows, comes some of the world's best cocoa. Grown in the privileged region of Santander, this fine cocoa is processed through the advanced technology and strict controls standards of Compania Nacional de Chocolates, a company founded in 1920, and the leader in the Colombian national market. For over half a century, it has promoted cocoa agriculture in a manner that respects the environment, and encourages protection of the soil, forests, hillsides, and watersheds. Chocolate Santander is the first single-origin chocolate grown and produced in Colombia. Over 12,000 Santander Province farmer families rise with the sun to plant, pick, and process carefully selected cacao beans from trees that are a hybrid between Trinitario and Criollo varieties. These beans are then processed to create an exquisite and refined taste, the taste of Colombia. Chocolate Santander is the premium chocolate of Compania Nacional de Chocolates, a company committed to the well-being and future of the people in this region and the country.
