(More customer reviews)I was so excited to get these because I thought it would be a great healthy snack to keep at my desk.I ordered these and other flavor (double chocolate chunk) and after eating a couple of each, noticed that one of the cookies had bluish green mold on it.I assumed it was a bad one in the batch.I saw on the manufacturer's website that these should be stored in the freezer since the shelf life is 90 days (due to natural ingredients and no preservatives).I immediately put them in the freezer after getting them 3 weeks earlier.The next 4 cookies I opened had that same mold on it and after I examine the rest, I found that they all were moldy.Apparently Amazon had them stored in their warehouse for a while before I rec'd them.Since there were no dates stamped on the cookies, I have no idea how long they sat in the warehouse before I got them.
I will not be ordering these again and will be wary of ordering other food products from Amazon.com.They were great about refunding my money and I will continue to purchase from amazon, just not short shelf life food items.

It has just enough flavor of cherry to not be obnoxious and has yummy big chocolate chips. They are moist and filling. I love having these as my breakfast with some coffee on the way to work. They are healthy but really don't taste TOO healthy. I highly recommend this flavor!

(More customer reviews)I am "subscribed" to this product to receive a shipment monthly. The first two were fine, the cookies were soft and tasty. The last shipment had mold on every cookie. There are other complaints of mold on here, which shouldn't even be a problem if they are STORED CORRECTLY. These cookies are all natural and need to be refrigerated. I guess no matter how many times people complain to Amazon about getting moldy cookies, they still aren't correcting the storage situation!! So that really bothers me, and I don't think I'll be ordering any more of these until they fix the problem. It's quite disgusting.

(More customer reviews)I ordered a box of these cookies to be sent to my mother who is 84 years old - they were her Christmas present along with a box of the Chocolate Chunk Breakfast Cookies.She doesn't eat breakfast so I thought these might encourage her to eat something in the morning with her meds. She said they are really quite tasty.She lives out of town, and since I have to eat gluten free, of course I haven't personally tasted them.But if my mother says they're good, I feel confident in giving them a favorable review.

(More customer reviews)These cookies are just wonderful!I've eaten them for years and have lost tons of weight, even though they're not a diet cookie.I just substitute one for my breakfast.They are loaded with fiber and satisfy you for hours.They're great to have in an emergency when you can't or don't have time to eat.I haven't had any flavor that I don't like, but the chocolate chunk raisin is my favorite.At Christmas time, there's a wonderful version with cherries in it.They're even great warmed in the microwave for a few seconds.Just love these cookies!

(More customer reviews)I have recently started buying Erin Baker's Breakfast cookies because they are a fast, easy and nutritious way for me to start my day.This flavor is not always available as it is a limited edition flavor, but fear not, these cookies do very well when frozen and can go directly from the freezer to the microwave for about 40 seconds, and you have a nice chewy delicious cookie.

This flavor is delicious-some of the major ingredients are whole grain rolled oats, raisins, dried apples, walnuts, coconut and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and carrot cake spices).The cookie comes in at 310 calories, 18% fiber, with 17g of sugar and 15% iron.

I was doubtful that a large cookie would sustain me, as lunch for me is about 5.5 hours away, but I have no problem, this cookie is filling and delicious.As with any fiber filled product, make sure you do drink fluids.

If you do buy these or any of the other Breakfast cookies, be assured that you can freeze and microwave, so on the limited edition flavors, you can buy extra if you really love a particular flavor.

(More customer reviews)This is one of my favorite in the Erin Baker line of Breakfast cookies, the cookie has an oatmeal base but is not a "heavy" cookie. It is nice and moist and has little pieces of caramel in the cookie. I like the fact that the cookie packs a lot in a little package- 280 calories for this cookie, no transfat, 20% of your daily fiber, no cholesterol and chock full of healthy ingredients to get you started (it does however have 23 gr. of sugar, so if you are looking for low sugar, this probably isn't for you). I have to say I was skeptical that this would carry me to lunch because it is just one large cookie, and not like one of those overly heavy, hockey puck like items you expect when you see something is full of fiber, it also didn't have that saw dust kind of texture you get from some power bars. This definitely has enough of the right stuff to keep me full for several hours. My favorite way to eat these cookies are to stick them in the microwave for 20-25 seconds so they get soft and the caramel melts just a little.

I pretty much like all of the flavors, but overall this one is probably my most favorite. The other nice thing is that these cookies are meant to freeze and can freeze up to a year. The box of twelve cookies are all individually wrapped and I take them straight from freezer to microwave, for a quick, nutritious breakfast that is both satisfying and delicious.

I'm happy to see that amazon seems to be carrying more of the Baker line, which also saves tremendously on the shipping costs!

I have one in the car mid compartment, and in my briefcase they would be great and a pre aerobic workout snack. Great flavor, moist & not too sweet. Beware if you are allergic to nuts-these are out. I took them out of the box and divided into zip lock bags and froze. When I needed more I just pulled one bag from the freezer and it worked out great.
