(More customer reviews)These jars are 36 cents per ounce so it is not a bad idea to get the small jars over the larger jar.Since I am not a frequent jam/jelly consumer, I can keep the regular size jars for far too long.However, this marmalade is so light yet delicious, drippy not hearty with peel or chunks that I have already consumed two jars soon after the package was delivered.
The ingedients are sugar, oranges, cane sugar and pectin.I would prefer to have some promise that the oranges are pesticide free.There is an American brand that offers an inexpensive organic marmalade but I was charmed by the idea of these little jars and in fact, I was charmed to see them when I opened the box.
I plan to use this marmalade in lieu of orange flavoring, orange zest and orange juice in recipes since I do not usually keep oranges or orange juice at home. gdz
