(More customer reviews)Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond milk is available in three flavors: Original, Vanilla and Chocolate.All of the flavors taste GREAT!!But be warned..THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS SOY LECITHIN.Its right on the label listed in the ingredients.If you are trying to avoid soy entirely, or just soy lecithin in particular, then this product is not for you.I suggest purchasing a juicer and making some fresh almond milk on your own with only almonds and water.Although the initial cost of the juicer would be expensive, purchasing a juicer is a much healthier (and versatile and -in the long run- a cheaper) alternative to buying these almond milk-packs.

If you're not opposed to soy, here is some great news:Unlike cow milk, these packs can sit in your pantry for a year without refrigeration and not spoil.Our local HEB sells Almond Breeze packs at $3 for two.Great in cereal, smoothies and alone.

What did I do?I purchased the Jack La Lane Power Juicer Elite ($120 or more) and started making my own fresh almond milk... soy-free.

Melissa's Fresh Key Limes, (5 lb) Review

(More customer reviews)Fresh limes are underappreciated, but a joy to have in the kitchen.A few squirts of lime juice into water makes a wonderful and healthy alternative to carbonated beverages (and without sugar!).
Additionally, they're essential for doing salsa right.
1/4 C Lime juice (from 4 limes)
10 small tomatillos, husks removed and washed (ASIN B0000TL6DG)
2-3 Chipotles, seeds removed (ASIN B0000EIDSR)
1 C cilantro, roughly chopped
8 small Tomatoes
1 small onion (optional)
Salt to taste
Cook tomatillos, tomatoes and onion: place on cookie sheet and broil at 500 degrees. The tomatoes will come out in about 10 minutes, the tomatillos and onion 15-20 minutes. Let cool, then puree the tomatillos in a blender with the lime juice, boullion garlic and the chipotles. Add half the cilantro, and whirl just a little bit. Add remaining ingredients. Let stand for about 30 minutes then serve at room temperature.
