(More customer reviews)I've tried a bunch of brands, and this is the best - the most tender and fresh ginger available. Strangely, despite all the extra packaging (and waste), Amazon makes it cheaper to buy it this way then in the 5-pack of larger canisters ($7/lb versus $9.30). They should lower the canister prices!
