(More customer reviews)Gatorade was an acquired taste for me; but these days I can't stop drinking it. It's full of electrolytes and it does indeed have very few calories especially when you consider how it helps you rehydrate at the same time. You can drink this either cold from the refrigerator or warm from the shelf; I like it either way and actually when I drink it warm the flavor tastes even better.

This pack comes in three flavors: fruit punch, lemon-lime and grape.

The only negative I can think of is that this does have sugar (and carbs) in it; if you have concerns about sugar in your diet you should talk to your physician before drinking this.

Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)By my calculations, this is 1/7 the cost of the powdered Gatorade packs sold at the grocery store.That powder is in turn 2/3 the price of bottled Gatorade, depending on the size, making Amazon's powder less than 1/10 the price of bottled Gatorade.This is a huge savings over smaller packages and stores very easily.No more extra trips to the grocery store because I have all the Gatorade I need for a long while!
