(More customer reviews)I have been vegan for about two years. i love desserts and suffice it to say the selection of vegan offerings leaves much to be desired. These cookies are moist and chewy and not too sweet. Not too salty either as I have come across that. Not too oily. Vegan cookies can be too sweet and either too dry or too oily. There is a delicious coconut undertaste - the chocolate fools you into thinking it is milk. I like chocolate but most vegan chocolate is very dark or has a nasty rice dream aftertaste.If I were not vegan I would eat these - no crave these. My Whole Foods cannot keep this line in stock. Crazed sweet toothed vegans periodically raid the store and buy it out. Then we are back to boring fig newtons and dark chocolate bars (mmmmmm).Anyway - try it. I plan to buy from amazon now since I cant go too many weeks without a fix.. cheers

(More customer reviews)I was greatly impressed with the quality of this product and the super fast shipping!This was packed very well and received the day after ordering, without any special requests or overnight delivery charges.I opened the box to make sure it handled the trip well and it was sealed for freshness and cushioned within the box to avoid any major jarring or bending of the aluminum pan.

I served this three nights later and everyone raved about it.It had an excellent home-baked quality that only seems to be achieved by doing the work yourself or spending an excessive amount of money at an upscale bakery.The crust was perfect, the lemon part of the bars had a great texture and was not too tart and the powdered sugar on top was definitely for embellishment and not to hide a low-quality product underneath it!I cut this into 12 squares and the squares were large enough for full servings.If you were going to serve this as one of many desserts (holiday buffet style), you could easily get 18 - 24 squares from this pan.

I fessed up and explained that this was delivered as-is by mail and enjoyed the shocked responses.I have a feeling that Ya-Hoo! Baking Co. is going to be getting quite a few more orders from my area!

I purchased this product more as a "test" to try out the product and delivery and to see if it could possibly make my life easier when the holidays come around.I am completely confident in trying this and other products from this company and will be ordering again in the future.

Cake-in-a-Can was a new concept to me so I just had to try one.This was pretty darn good heated in the microwave with a little Double Devon Cream on top. Now I have seen everything. (More customer reviews)Boy....I sure was excited when I saw this product. It was even marked down...on sale!!!! The advertisement was fabulous, moist, delicious cakes, baked in tins. YUMMY!
Well...THESE ARE AWFUL!!!!! They are VERY small. Barely enough for one person...they do NOT feed multiple people. They are hard, dry, crumbling little cakes. The taste is so bad that you cannot eat them. They have a weird chemical taste. Did I mention that they were dry as a bone? I was so appalled by this product, I called the company to complain...they handed me off to three people, none of which helped me and then finally told me someone would call me back....THEY NEVER DID!!! So basically the product is horrible and the customer service is ZERO. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

(More customer reviews)I've eaten a lot of pie and this is by far the best pie I'll ever have, let alone buy instead of making my own. Clearly made by hand, trans fat free, and whole berries made up the filling rather than mush or precooked gunk. The boil out resembled REAL pie and although I couldn't let it cool all the way before eating, it starting set up quite nicely. It was real pie...fruit, flour and sugar, and that's it. MMMMMmmmmmMMMM!
