He had previously mixed his chocolate through trial and error, adding oil, then chocolate, then more oil.... I had read about Sephra's chocolate and liked that it was pre-blended with the right amount of oil to use in any chocolate fountain.
We gave it a try and it was a hit! We went through three bags of chocolate in as many hours. The dark chocolate provided a nice counterpoint to the sweetness of the fruit without being overly sweet. Being able to microwave the chocolate, pour it into the fountain and walk away was wonderful.
