Unlike a typical "tea" this is more of a granulated drink, tasting similar to apple juice or cider.I love to put a couple tablespoons in a cup of hot water to soothe a cold, stomach upset, sore throat... (I think it's the vitamin C)or just to warm up on a chilly day.
Hot or cold it is a healthy, delicious drink.A nice alternative to the sugar-sweetened or carbonated options the kids used to ask for...
